 Introduction:
The Bridge School has a team of more than 150 teachers working on both a full- and part-time basis. 
Our teachers are selected for their enthusiasm, teaching experience and customer-orientation. Regular 
teacher training, teaching seminars and teacher evaluations are a big part of ensuring our teachers provide 
you with the highest quality teaching standards.
 Teaching Evaluation and Academic Training 
■ New teacher recruiting and training：
Each of our new teachers receive at least two months of training regardless of his or her previous experience. 
Our new teachers receive hands-on training of foreign students from our teaching experts. This method enables 
our experienced teachers to immediately offer helpful improvement ideas to our new teachers. This process 
ensures that all Bridge school teachers possess standard qualifications across all locations of our school. All new 
teachers must pass 4 exams during the 1st year to continue teaching at The Bridge School.
